Very customer service oriented, John Marino was over the top assisting us with the right mix of products & materials getting orders together (3 of them over the last year). They went above and beyond on a shipment that failed to be delivered, through NO fault of VanBoxel. A good variety of roofing products to choose from. I liked upfront pricing, no bait and switch on products & a reasonable shipping time, in view of our company being across the country.

Extremely happy with the way these guys handled our transaction! Joseph is our rep and have answered every question I have had about their products. I requested samples and had them within a week. I sent them a message on social media on a Saturday night. I was expecting to get a response within a week, Jason replied almost immediately. Took time to get my info and is shipping me samples of underlayment to Colorado. Incredible customer service from Jason
